This year was the third year when the Leopold Bloom Art Award was awarded with the aim to support progressive contemporary visual artists in Hungary and their presence in the international art scene. This year’s winner Katarina Šević was born and grew up in the former Yugoslavian Serbia, studied in Budapest at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, and at the moment lives and works in Berlin.
